chicken soup with beans


Easy and fairly quick to make for a pot of soup that will last you several days.


This is what you need for 8 quarts:

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 qt (pinto) beans, cooked
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1 lb. mixed veggies
    Here: Sam’s medley = broccoli, green & yellow beans, red & yellow bell pepper
  • S&P, spices of choice
