Easy Crockpot Oxtail Soup


This easy overnight recipe will give you a delicious soup with hardly any effort on your side. Just load the crockpot in the evening, start it and enjoy the result the following day. 

Food safety warning:
Quick-thaw anything frozen before adding it to the crockpot. Never load the crockpot with frozen goods. The crockpot takes forever to thaw and warm it.


This is what you need for 4+ quarts:

  • 2 lb. oxtail (1 package)
  • 2 lb. vegetables of choice

I used:

  • 1 lb. coleslaw mix
  • 15 Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
