Biographical data.
Born May 19, 1940 in Dvojhradí.
1954 study at higher educational music school in Prague.
1956 study at the Prague Conservatory in piano- prof. Lva Esche.
1961 Study of Music in composition - prof. Jan Kapr.
1967-1970 PhD of art under the guidance of prof. Miloslav Ištvan.
1970 university lecturer of Music-composition.
associate professor in 1991
tenured professor in 2006
