This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1 lb. 'teriaki' stir-fry noodle/veggie mix
- optional: other vegetables
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
- S&P
- optional: the sauce from the package.
This 'teriaki stir-fry' mix used to be 80% vegetables with 20% noodles a few years back.
Nowadays it's 80% noodles and you have to search for the vegetables, not an improvement.
The noodles seem to be similar to lo mein noodles, but have been broken up in shorter pieces.
