- 1 large green cabbage

or your favorite sausage meat - 2 lbs. tomatoes or 1 qt. tomato sauce
- 2 cups onion / bell pepper mix
- 1 cup long grain rice, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- S&P
- condiments as desired (e.g. hot sauce, …)
- ½ bunch fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1-2 limes, juiced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
