- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup colored bell peppers mix
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- S&P, your preferred spices
- hot pepper sauce or powder
