Very similar to ribeye steak, potatoes with tomato sauce, yet a different presentation.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

ribeye steak for 2
2 beefsteak tomatoes
2 large potatoes, diced
tomato sauce
S&P

Season the steaks to taste.
I cut a smaller piece and cut it horizontally to get a thinner steak for quicker well-done cooking.
Bake steak @ 350-370 ºF for 15-20 minutes, to desired doneness.
Alternatively, grill under the broiler instead.

Boil or stir-fry potatoes until done.
Prepare tomato sauce from scratch or reheat.
Add potatoes.
Season to taste.
Serve with steak and sliced tomato, mayo.
Enjoy.
