INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 4 servings:
- 1 large white onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup canned green peas

OR heavy cream - S&P
spices:
- curry powder or paste of your choice

- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
or 1/2 1 tsp. ginger powder
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed - 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tbsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
optional:
- 1 tsp. kasuri methi = fenugreek
- 3-6 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 lb. potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1/2 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, cooked
