- 1 lb tortelloni
(here: spinach & ricotta cheese) - 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 1 lb 1-minute chuck steak, cut smallish
- S&P, spices

This is a bit of a hybrid recipe, something I would normally prepare with ground meat, but I had some 1-minute chuck steak that needed to be cooked, so I used that instead. The outcome is somewhat similar to stroganoff pasta.
