This lake trout came from Sam's Club, sold as steelhead trout. Same thing.
I like the ones from walleyedirect.com better, wild-caught instead of farmed.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 1 lake trout fillet, 1-1.5 lbs.
  • S&P, seasoning
  • stir-fry vegetable mix
  • spring lettuce mix
  • (Sam's Club) mango salsa
  • baking potato
