This is what you need for 6 servings:
- 2 qts. crab / seafood stock
- 1 lb. cod loins
- 1 lb. walleye fillets
- 1 lb. large shrimp

The first recipe of 2018 is easy to make, nutritious, and lucky for us, also delicious. Just about any combination of white fish, shellfish and vegetables will work. A good seafood stock—I used the stock from a previous crab meal as a base—is sure to help you a good ways along .
This is the last time I've boiled that fake crab.
By the time you're ready to serve, this stuff swells up like a sponge and has no flavor at all.
This is what you need for 6 servings:
Bring the crab stock to a boil.
Add the vegetables, S&P to taste and cook until nearly soft.
