- 1 large flour tortilla
- S&P
- 1 cup pepperjack or other melting cheese.

Mojo de ajo is a Mexican / Caribbean sauce based on garlic, bitter oranges and vinegar. That may not be to everyone's taste.

Plain milk will do just fine.
Use any cheese combination you like for fondue.
