This is what you need for 2-3 servings:
- 1 9-oz. pck. breaded shrimp
- 1 9-oz. pck. coconut-breaded shrimp

I use mayo, tartare sauce or none at all
from scratch:

1 lb. jumbo shrimp,
mostly peeled,
only the last piece of the tail on
batter:
- 1 egg
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- optional: shredded coconut
- S&P
- hot pepper spices?
