This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1 lb. seafood mix, thawed drained
- 11/2 lb. large shrimp
- fries for 2
- 2-4 cups melting cheese(s) of your choice
- S&P

This is not what I would call gourmet cooking, but it was a good meal with no hassle.
Be sure to bake the fries reasonably crisp before adding the cheese, or they'll end up being soggy. Thawing and draining the shrimp/seafood beforehand may also help.
