- 1 lb. scallops, frozen
- 1 lb. shrimp, frozen, fully cooked
- 2-4 cups sweet fruit, drained: mango, mango salsa, peaches, fruit cocktail, fresh pineapple, ...
- 1-2 medium potatoes, diced
- 3-4 cups béchamel sauce
- 2-4 cups grated melting cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- S&P
