sockeye salmon, roasted pineapple, green chile

This roasted pineapple with green chile was a very nice combination.

I cooked this one on a table griddle.
I don't use that very often, because it spatters grease all over the place.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 1 sockeye salmon fillet, 1 lb.
  • freshly-cut pineapple, well-drained
  • 1-2 cups green chile
  • pineapple habanero sauce
  • S&P, seasoning.
