This is what you need for 2 servings:
- crackers
- 4-oz. hot-smoked salmon portion
My initial contact with hot-smoked salmon were whole fillets in gold-foil vacuum-packaging. Those have a shelf-life of 4-5 years without refrigeration.
This is a very different product that does require refrigeration at all times. This started coming up in the search engine for Walmart pickup ordering during Covid-19 quarantine. I tried it and it is quite delicious as a small snack all by itself. No need for extra sauces.
