INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 2 king salmon steaks, 8-10 oz. each
- cooking oil
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 2 cups carrots
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar
- flour
- 3-4 cups milk
- S&P
- Old Bay seafood seasoning

King salmon is the best. This is a hearty, i.e. high-calorie, meal with all that cheese, but oh so good.
This one was cooked in some oil.
