king salmon, scalloped potatoes, broccoli carrot stew

King salmon is the best. This is a hearty, i.e. high-calorie, meal with all that cheese, but oh so good.

This one was cooked in some oil.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 2 king salmon steaks, 8-10 oz. each
  • cooking oil
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar
  • flour
  • 3-4 cups milk
  • S&P
  • Old Bay seafood seasoning
