salmon with jalapeño jam

The (home-made) jalapeño jam adds a sweet & spicy flavor to the salmon. One of my favorite salmon recipes.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 1 2-lb. salmon fillet, skin on
  • 1-2 tbsp. jalapeño jam
  • S(&P)
  • olive oil
