lobster and beef heart bake

Another surf & turf experiment. Beef heart provides a big contrast with the seafood flavors. Not bad at all, as long as you don't cook the beef heart into shoe leather.

The swai fillet was breaded and pan-fried.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for # servings:

  • 2 lobster tails, 3/4 lb. each
  • 1 stick butter
  •  1 tbsp. parsley, dried or fresh
  • 1 lb. beef heart, sliced
  • sangria wine
  • 2 swai fillets
  • flour, Old Bay seasoning OR
    fish fry mix
  • up to 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
  • S&P
