oven-baked whole catfish

From the local Peppers grocery store, this was the first time I had seen this; had to give it a try.
It was good. You get so much more fish when you cook a fish whole, but of course, you also get fish bones. As long as you're careful, you can take them out without too many problems.  

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 2 whole catfish, head-off, 1/2 - 3/4 lb. each
  • S&P, Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • steamed cauliflower, 1-2 florets each serving
  • lime
  • tartar sauce
