INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 2 whole catfish, head-off, 1/2 - 3/4 lb. each
- S&P, Old Bay seafood seasoning
- steamed cauliflower, 1-2 florets each serving
- lime
- tartar sauce

From the local Peppers grocery store, this was the first time I had seen this; had to give it a try.
It was good. You get so much more fish when you cook a fish whole, but of course, you also get fish bones. As long as you're careful, you can take them out without too many problems.
