seafood grenchilada casserole

This is the seafood equivalent of and sequel to the Chicken Grenchiladas recipe that I made 2 days ago. I had plenty of grenchilada sauce left over, but I didn't want to repeat the same menu for a 3rd day in a row. I used seafood mix instead and it became something completely different. Unlike most movie sequels, this one was equally delicious.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 1 qt. grenchilada sauce
  • ½ lb. green chile
  • 1 lb. seafood mix
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • tortillas
    4 corn or 2 wheat flour,
    cut in 1"x1" pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Directions
