ThThis is what you need for 4-8 servings:
- 1 lb. thin-sliced chuck steak
- 1 lb. turkey breast, optionally marinated
- 1-2 packages bean sprouts
- up to 1 lb. button mushrooms
- S&P
- tjap tjoy seasoning
- other stir-fry vegetables as desired

Do make sure to get real eggroll wrappers for this. Tortillas really don't work very well. They split in several layers during frying, which tends to insulate the content of the eggroll so it takes a very long time to heat them through, enough time sometimes to burn the tortilla to carbon.
Also do NOT thaw the eggrolls before deep-frying them. The wrapper will get soggy and will likely tear while handling.
