A traditional Flemish recipe, similar to Flemish beef stew, but with a different meat.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 3-4 servings:

  • 2-3 lb. rabbit
  • 1 bottle dark beer
    e.g. dark Leffe, Guinness extra stout
  • 1 lb. dried prunes
  • 3-4 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered
