This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 3 pounds baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- S&P

This is the only time I successfully grilled pork ribs on my outdoor grill.
I never succeeded before. I can't turn the burners low enough and it always ended with a grease fire. To reduce the fire hazard, I trimmed back much of the visible fat and then steamed the ribs to render out even more. By then, the ribs were already fully cooked, so I only had to warm them through again. That was apparently enough to avoid a fire.
The indoor grill in the oven works so much better for pork ribs, and I've never set them on fire there. :-)
