INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 2 pork chops
- S&P
- 2-4 tbsp. mustard of your choice

I like pork chops with mustard as much as I like Pork Chops with Cheese, even though they are such very different flavors. The method is pretty much the same. You sear the pork chop, pour the mustard over the pork chops, reduce heat and simmer. Quite often the mustard leaks down and mixes with the drippings to create a delicious mustard sauce.
