INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 10 2-oz. meatballs:
- 1 lb. ground meat of choice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ΒΌ cup parmesan, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. dried parsley
- S&P
- 3 mozzarella string cheese sticks

These are really nice party snacks. Of course, they can be served as a main dish as well. And they sell them in the frozen foods department too if you don't have the time to make them from scratch.
If you batter the meatballs, you can deep-fry them. You can deep-fry them without batter, but they will dry out a lot more that way.
