This is what you need for 20+ servings:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 2 lbs. pork roast, cooked, diced
- 1 1/2 lb. onion & bell pepper mix
- S&P, seasoning

Another attempt at pâté de campagne. This time, I added the bacon wrap. Not bad.
Before I always froze the whole loaf.
This time I cut the loaf in smaller portions for freezing individually, to improve shelf life.
This should store for 6-8 months without any problems.
