- 1 chicken, 4-5 lbs.
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. all-purpose flour
- 1 lb. coarse salt
- 3 tbsp. thyme, rosemary or oregano
- egg whites from 4 large eggs
