INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2-4 servings:
- rotisserie chicken
- breadsticks
- scalloped potatoes
- spicy vegetables
One of them lazy kitchen days ...
The only thing I prepared from scratch for this meal are the scalloped potatoes. The breadsticks came from Wal-Mart, all they needed was 3-4 minutes in the oven. The rotisserie chicken came from Sam's club and only needed reheating. The spicy vegetables came from the shrimp-boil soup I made 2 days before.
