This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- S&P, seasoning of your choice
I used Badia complete seasoning
soy sauce and lemon juice are popular

While I was stewing anyway, I added a beef brisket piece to make pulled meat later on.
I had these in the fridge and they were getting a bit ripe. Time to cook them.
It is very important to rinse bean sprouts repeatedly to get rid of the 'packaged' smell. Sauté as briefly as possible while still heating the bean sprouts through. They'll wilt when overcooked. They taste better when they still have something of a crunch.
