chicken ragout in puff pastry shells

This is what I did with the refrigerated leftovers of the chicken enchiladas two days later.

The Pillsbury puff pastry shells are fairly small. I used 3 per serving.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  •  6 puff pastry shells ( = 1 package)
  • chicken ragout or leftover enchiladas
