bison chuck tender roast

This came in the same shipment as the bison tongues. Very dark red meat, very lean. It was indeed very tender, cooked over low heat. In the end, I could not taste any difference with beef, but I never seem able to tell the difference except for the tongues and tails.
The price was certainly reasonable enough for such a nice roast, so not complaining.

INGREDIENTS

  • chuck tender roast, 2-3 lbs.
  • S&P, seasoning
  • olive oil or butter
