This is what you need for 4 servings:
- 3 lbs. chuck roast
- 1-2 lbs. tomatoes, cored, quartered
- 1-2 cups raisins / craisins
- 1 small bottle dark beer
(dark Leffe or Guinness extra stout) - olive oil
- water/beef stock
- S&P
