This is what you need for 6-8 servings:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut small

dark beer and/or hard apple cider
OR beef / chicken bouillon - onions (optional)
- S&P
red chile sauce:
- 1-2 cups red chiles, frozen
- garlic, ground cumin, oregano, allspice
- 3 tsp maizena (aka Masa Harina)
