- 1 pckg. frozen beef shank
- 2 lbs. roma tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced potatoes, dehydrated or fresh
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- oil, flour
- grated melting cheese

A nice meal with big flavor contrasts.
Small-pot beef shank (a. o. soup meats like oxtail, beef tongue, ...) is more flavorful than when cooked in a large pot. On the other hand, you don't get nearly as much of that nice beef soup.
