A nice meal with big flavor contrasts.

Small-pot beef shank (a. o. soup meats like oxtail, beef tongue, ...) is more flavorful than when cooked in a large pot. On the other hand, you don't get nearly as much of that nice beef soup.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 1 pckg. frozen beef shank
  • 2 lbs. roma tomatoes
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes, dehydrated or fresh
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • oil, flour
  • grated melting cheese
