INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1/2 package noodles (6-7 oz.)
- 1 lb. beef heart, cut small
- S&P
- 1 lb. spinach
optional: add lettuce
Egg noodles are different from regular wheat pasta. It has to be boiled like pasta, but is intended to be stir-fried in oil after boiling.
Adding it to stews works just fine for me, and the combination with beef heart stew is amazingly satisfying.
I have done that twice already, likely with more repeats in the future.

I do not recommend mixing the spinach into the stew.
Visual appeal is not good. Better flavor contrast when separate.
I broke the noodles before boiling. They were all tangled up the box and I couldn't halve the package without breaking the noodles in smaller pieces.

Different vegetables, different dish.
This dish wasn't as wet as the previous one and the noodles were left whole this time.
