- 2-3 potatoes, diced, cooked
- 1-2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 pckg. Knorr 'Herbs and butter' rice side
- 1 ripe Hass avocado
- S&P, seasoning to taste

Chuck steak, potatoes in tomato sauce, rice, avocado.
I used a package of Knorr Rice sides for this meal. These are rice and pasta mixes with various seasonings. The main advantages of this product line are that they are cheap and easy to prepare with no-hassle variability for the different kinds.
