Pic1: the day's harvest of green vegetables
Directions
- Wash, cut the greens.
- In a medium pot, combine greens and 2 qts of stock / water. Add S&P to taste.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce and simmer for 20 minutes.

Optional:
- Puree some or all of the greens with a blender.
- Serve and enjoy.
