This is what you need for 2-4 servings:
- 2 lbs. large/colossal raw shrimp, thawed
- 1 lb. 'seasoning blend'
onions, bell peppers, celery, parsley - 1-2 Knorr shrimp bouillon cubes

This is a very simple soup, ready in about 15-20 minutes.
It is very important not to overcook the shrimp. Only 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and the meat opaque. Otherwise. they'll lose too much flavor. If you start with raw shrimp, the flavor is that much stronger.
