pork & vegetable soup

This is a very simple recipe. It is also the only time that I (ab)used a small pork roast to make soup. It tasted quite good of course, but better use a roast as a roast instead of soup meat.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 1 lb pork roast
  • ½ lb cauliflower
  • ½ lb broccoli
  • ½ lb carrots
  • S&P, your spices of choice
