This is what you need for 5 quarts / 10 servings:
- 1 ½ lb frozen sweet peas
- ½ lb frozen carrot mix
- 2 Mexican (aka grey) zucchinis, sliced
- sausage of preference
- 2 spring onions
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed or chopped small
- S&P
- seasoning of preference
