pasta-water Egg drop soup

This is the same recipe as potato egg drop soup, but with a different base.

I usually season pasta water with salt and Knorr or Maggi chicken bouillon for extra flavor.
No extra seasoning needed for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 2 qts, pasta cooking liquid
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Pic6: heat slowly
Pic7: beginning to curdle
