- up to 1/2 lb. lettuce / spinach or mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Adding lettuce to a broccoli cheddar soup changes the flavor so much that I qualify this as a lettuce soup variation instead of broccoli. It is quite delicious, and also very different than the all-too-common broccoli cheddar soup.
