- 1/2 cup green chile

Like the title suggests—and I am wont to do—this is a Green Enchilada Casserole that has been repurposed as a soup. As always, the difference is more liquid with less solids. This one has come full circle. It started out as soup, became a casserole that became a soup again, each different from the other two.
Notice the similarities with the Burrito Soup recipe.
