This is what I did with the chicken broth form the chicken enchiladas.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for # servings:

Pic1: green chile chicken soup

Directions

Pic2: boiling chicken
Pic3: chicken broth
Pic4: green chile with juice

Boil chicken with seasoning.
Here: Maggi chicken soup mix, S&P.
Reserve the broth.
Add green chile or green chile juice to taste.
I did not want the green chile juice for the enchilada sauce.

Pic5: add veggies
Pic6: simmer
Pic7: serve

Add frozen vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Adjust seasoning.
Serve and enjoy.
