Beef shank soup, Brussels sprouts, bell peppers

A vegetarian starter soup, later transformed into beef soup.

The vegetable soup could be ready in as little as 20 minutes, although Brussels sprouts deserve longer cooking to fully release their flavor. The beef shank needs 3-4 hours to cook.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2-4 servings:

  • 1 bag Brussels sprouts
  • 1 bag onions & bell peppers blend
  • S&P
