oxtail in tomatoes

I usually cook oxtail in water.
This time, I used a tomato soup for something different. It was quite good.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4+ servings:

  • 2-3 lbs. oxtail
  • 4 lbs. tomatoes
    or 2 large cans
  • S&P

optional:

  • dehydrated vegetables
