On Friday evening the nth ult a Concert was given in the Exchange Assembly
Room by the choir and orchestra of the Oratory Edgbaston The Concert was in
aid of the Children's Hospital and the programme consisted of portions of
masses and motets by Beethoven Mozart Hummel Cherubini Niedermeyer Reissiger
Costa Fuhrer and Gounod and also included a Salve Regina and an Ave Maria
by Mr William Sewell the talented Organist of the Oratory Church who
acted as accompanist the Rev RG Bellasis conducting
